Day 5 ~ Melon Detox

It's our final day of the melon detox, how are you feeling?

Colourful and sweet, cantaloupe (aka Rockmelon) is fat-free and low in calories yet packed with essential nutrients that help lower your risk for certain diseases and help to keep you looking and feeling great.

Cantaloupe Nutrition

Cantaloupe's nutrition is just as sweet as the fruit tastes, trust me. The summer produce is packed with vitamin C, potassium, and magnesium. It's also rich in beta-carotene, a carotenoid the body converts into vitamin A that supports immune system functions, skin and vision health, and more. Not only is it full of fiber but it's also almost entirely water, making for a particularly delish way to keep your digestion system running smoothly.
