Day 3 ~ Finding the Key to your Creativity ~ Getting Unstuck : Creating a Limitless Life
It’s Day 3 of Getting Unstuck: Creating a Limitless Life! 21 Day Meditation Experience. Together, we are learning to define the unique path that leads us each to newfound wonder, meaning, and fulfilment. With this meditation experience we are learning how to break out of the rut of everyday routines, unhealthy habits and old mental patterns. Then we will tap into our inner creativity to start shaping the life we have always imagined. By the end of the 21 Day Meditation Experience we will embrace healthy change that brings freshness and renewal to each moment.
Our bodies are an endless source of creation. It is simply biological that we grow and evolve, which is the energy of creativity and consciousness is a field of infinite possibilities. When you bring hidden potential to life, you are being creative. The highest sense of creativity is freshness in life and not just artistry.
“Creativity occurs in the moment, and in the moment we are timeless”~ Julia Cameron
Message of the Day
Creativity is a natural quality of life itself. It is not limited to artistic expression. Living from your creative core means you respond to every moment from a place of possibility and openness. This is how every cell of our body knows to respond to every changing circumstance with adaptability and creativity to maintain its health and balance.
In today’s meditation, we learn that our awareness is designed to meet each moment with freshness, receptivity and creativity.
Today’s Centering Thought
I always have access to my inner creativity.
Our Sanskrit Mantra
“Ananta Swa Bhava” ~ My true self has no limits or boundaries

Journal Question
Reflect on a challenge in life that makes you feel stuck. Choose something familiar that comes up every day. Write down this specific challenge, your usual response to it, and then describe how this response is keeping you stuck.
See in your mind’s eye someone else in the same situation who is handling it well, without being stuck. Journal about how this person responds differently from you. Eg, “she stays calm”, her buttons aren’t pushed”, “she’s not resentful” or “she doesn’t blame someone else”
Having seen that it is possible to face the situation without being stuck, write down two ways that you can do the same. Eg, “I can walk away when I feel agitated or angry”, “I can apologise for some of the things Ive done to contribute to the situation” or “ I can listen more”
NOTE: Look upon everyday as a new world, because only our “stuckness” makes it old. Take a deep breath and relish this journey.
