Day 17 ~ Reaching the Creative Solution ~ Getting Unstuck : Creating a Limitless Life

Staying rooted in a problem believing that you are right is one of the most common forms of ‘stuckness’. Awareness can do the work instead of feeling necessary to struggle. Adopt a better way, believe way, believe that there is a solution. Encourage multiple solutions without bias in an open minded way and be tolerant. When in doubt let a solution unfold naturally in your awareness.

Message of the Day

Today’s meditation is about learning to access the creative solution to any challenge you may face. This begins with the recognition that the solution can never be found at the level of the problem. We must expand awareness beyond the conditioned perspectives, opposition, and confusion of our limited minds. By opening awareness through meditation, we come to know our essential self to be source of all creative solutions.

Reflection Journal

Think of a problem or conflict you’d like to solve in your life. The first step is to make clear to yourself that you believe there is a solution. Write down your feelings about your situation, positive and negative.
Taking the same problem you’d like to solve, write down candidly the part you are playing in not reaching a solution, such as anger, emotional resistance, and the need to be right. Reflect on how it would feel to drop these attitudes.
Taking the same problem, sit quietly and take a few moments to center yourself. In a calm state, ask within to see the solution. Don’t force anything, just wait to see what comes to your awareness. Journal about the possible solutions you have visualised as being possible. When you feel clear about the issues and solutions, consider discussing them openly with the other people involved.

NOTE: The solution is there waiting in your creative self.
